If I had received the glass rather than being fobbed off by Evri, saying they were returning the glass to you without trying to deliver it. I would have e been a lot happier!! I hope you receive the glass in good order and resend it to me or return the money I paid for the glass and delivery that didn’t happen. Yours sincerely Christian Rowles

Definitely smooth with rum
The glass was a birthday gift for son-in-law. Lovely cut glass design with motiff around top of glass. He very pleased with. Shame it took quite a while to get here and actually missed his birthday. He was very happy though.

A fine glass for whiskey time!
This is a stunning glass amongst many other stunning glasses ( proud owner of of nearly 40 now). The slightly smaller glass works a treat and the exquisite style and craftsmanship puts this in my top 5 Kori glasses . Just beautiful.

This glass is plastic…and the band around it is also plastic, not metal as advertised.
This is a SCAM!! It is NOT hand made by artisans in Japan. It is mass produced tut from China. You can buy the exact same glass from Temu for £2.46… Customer services only give refund if I return to china for £15!! I have reported to Trading Standards. I’m sure no-one will see this review.

The box is broken and doesn’t look nice. It’s just a brown paper box, I cannot give this glass as a gift. The quality of the glass is poor and light.

The glass looked good but the wood surround looked cheap. It was also not fully going around which isn't shown on the website. They're ok but not as good as I was hoping.

Really goo customer service first one didn’t arrive due to Evri losing it, emailed to enquire and they sent out a new one. Great quality, was a gift and the person loves it!!

We had one mishap during shipping and the company replaced it as soon as they heard of the problem. The replacement came as soon as possible.
