All orders are normally handled and shipped within 1-4 working days. Once your order has been shipped it will take between 8-16 days to arrive to your destination, depending on where you are located.
If you for whatever reason are unhappy with your purchase you can contact our support by clicking "Contact Us" within 30 days of receiving the product and start the return process. We usually respond within 2 business days.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
If purchased, the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers chipping on the rim or foot as well as any discoloration or cloudiness resulting from washing. If you experience any of these issues, Kori Whiskey will replace your glass at no cost to you (customer is responsible for the cost to return chipped/discolored glass to Kori Whiskey). * This guarantee does not cover broken glassware or any glassware that is damaged as a result of improper care and handling.
