I have been on the look out for the perfect glass to drink my whiskey from for such a long time. They are either too small, too big, too fluted or too thick. This one is just perfect. It fits snugly in the hand, it is tapered just enough to funnel the aromas into your nose but not too narrow so that you cant drink properly from it. The thickness of the glass is thin enough to get a good mouth feel but not so thin that you fear it will break easily. I love the texture and especially the frosting on the bottom. My whiskey actually tastes better with this!
Amazingly well wrapped and protected for shipping. There was a coaster under the glass which I wasn't expecting. Beautiful glass and I will definitely be ordering other designs soon.

I paid for expedited shipping but it still took 3 weeks to arrive so that was a waste of money. It shipped from china, not Japan. It seems as though this brand is misrepresenting itself as a Japanese product. If you look at their facebook posts most of the comments are hidden. Seems suspicious.
My experience with Kori Whiskey has been very disappointing. My order was dispatched incorrectly, then when I was asked to open each glass to provide proof that the wrong glass was dispatched, 3 of the glasses were either damaged or faulty. The glasses seem cheap and not the high quality other reviewers suggest. Customer service to process are a refund has been slow and unhelpful; resulting in me sending several follow up messages. I do not recommend to others.
I did not trust the website at first as it was unknown to me. Then I decided to try it out and wow! Around 12 days shipping time, fast answers in case of questions and the glasses simply look amazing. Definitely recommend!
