You promised a delivery date with the order.And it didn't arrive for at least two weeks after for a surprise guest. The occasion was long done by the time the glasses arrived. They are nice , but I wouldn't order again.
It's cheap quality. No chance this is original Japanese craftsmanship. Also terribly packaged. I emailed to ask for a refund but never heard back from you. Poor customer service too
