My fiancée loved this gift for Christmas! Very elegant glasses with beautiful details. However, unfortunately, the whiskey stones within the box were not completely secured into the foam and there was no bubble wrap in it, thus one of the glasses got shattered during shipping.

Today I received the package. Last time, the delivery person almost threw the parcel over the fence and left before I realised what was happening. This time, they wanted to check my NIE or my ID, whereas last time they didn't ask for that at all, perhaps because the delivery person knew that the contents were completely damaged.
