It came surrounded in bubble wrap and well protected. It’s slightly smaller than I thought it would be, but I don’t drink whisky. As a present for my boyfriend I think it’s perfect. I purchased a beautiful handmade Japanese glass from Kori Whiskey. It is a fantastic piece of art; holding it in my hand makes every drink feel like a special experience. Although they are called Kori Whiskey, I use this glass for my collection of fine rums. In my opinion, they could just as easily be called Kori Rum! Great quality. Kampai! Or in Dutch 'Proost'.

Glasses are beautiful and surprisingly light
Took a while to arrive (not surprisingly) and the glasses were very well packaged. Opening them up, the wooden boxes were a delight and promised a great deal for the glasses. However, that’s where they fell short. The glass is very thin and very light. I suspect it’ll be very fragile and sadly doesn’t say ‘high quality’. No signs of any imperfections at all, they just don’t feel ‘premium’ and worth the price when compared to British crystal whisky glasses. The ones we ordered were at the cheaper end of the Kori range, so I wonder whether the more expensive ones have more about them - but I don’t think I’ll be buying more to find out. Sorry.
