The boxes are a lovely idea but they aren’t durable.. it’s not a complaint, I can repair it… The glasses look nice, the design is beautiful, and presentation equally so.. but they aren’t quite matching and the glass isn’t high quality crystal - despite what is promised. If you believe the website hype you may be disappointed.

The glasses got to me unbroken but the wooden presentation box on one glass was smashed beyond repair. The package was very mangled when I recieved it. Is there any way you could send me a box for the second glass as I would like to give these as a gift

It's beautiful—and it spins!
This the 2nd Hanyu glass (a replacement for the 1st), and this one also is rounded in the center of the bottom, as was the 1st. Therefore it does not sit flat on the table. Otherwise a very nice glass. All of my other glasses have been great!

I bought a Hanyu Kaori glass as a gift. It arrived packaged in little wooden presentation box. The glass is beautifully crafted and I know the recipient is going to enjoy many a wee dram from it. It arrived promptly and I was kept informed of its journey. All round excellent service and a gorgeous product.
Beautiful quality, lovely to hold and enjoy your favourite drop! Takes the experience to another level. Delivery takes a little while to arrive however the constant updates are comforting knowing your order is progressing. Would definitely order these again.

Even though it’s NOT Made in Japan but China (which is a bit of a surprise!), the quality is still OK for the glassware. So overall with this pricing this is within my expectations.
